Description

After the referendum held with the participation of the believers of the religion, the regime type of the religion is determined.

The chosen regime determines the influence of the groundshadow, the holybab, the staffmen and the believers on the administration.

There are three main administration types determined by the system. However, if the believers wishes as a result of the consensus, a unique regime that is not among the existing regimes can also be built.
